Where can a Philly kid watch his team in the World Series in Europe?
With my genius I decided to backpack through Europe right as the Phillies make the World Series. Ill be in Budapest, Vienna, and Prauge when the games are being played. Does anyone know of any expat bars in those cities where I can catch some of the action? Even if it is taped?

In Budapest, "Champs" has two locations, one of which is down the street from the big synagogue on Dohány. I think the other one is in Pest. They're more a general sports bar, with a lot of English Soccer, but have lots of screens. They may turn one of them over if there are a few people interested/awake. I'm also not sure of their opening hours, and as nitsuj mentions above, that may be an issue wherever you are.
If you're backpacking, I'm assuming you'll be staying in hostels etc. There are bound to be other Yanks in your position (even if they might be Rays or Red Socks fans, whover makes it from the AL) if they've been there a while, they might have an idea.
Or the local US consulate staff - where do they hang out? Check the bars are near the consulate/embassy of each city as a last resort.
Enjoy the trip!

Is a bar in Prague going to be open at 5 or 6 or 7 in the morning? The first pitch isn't until 8:45 PM NY time.
I was in Rome when the Eagles lost to the Patriots in the Super Bowl. We left The Hard Rock Cafe on the via Veneto at around 4:30 AM.

This might be a little tough to watch live -- games will start late in the morning, so your expat bar will need to be open 24/7.
Expats.cz is good for Prague stuff. On the topic of watching baseball, they say:
These sports bars all reputedly show baseball games (or at least brag about the size of their screens) but it never hurts to call ahead and check: Sportbar Zlatá hvězda (Ve Smečkách 12, www.sportbar.cz,) The Pack (Ve Smečkách 21, www.thepack.cz) or Legends (Týn 1, www.legends.cz.)
