How can I record video with my (no iSight) webcam in OS X?

I have a Macbook Pro with a Dell SP2208WFP monitor that has an integrated webcam. I always keep the laptop stowed away, and can use photobooth, Skype, etc. with the monitor's webcam, but how can I record video from it??

If you have Leopard, Photo Booth should record video. Click the third button on the left side of the app right below the viewing window.

If that doesn't work, Dream Capture should. It's not free, but its certainly cheaper than QuickTime Pro or Snapz.

If you really want free, it looks like VODcaster might do what you want, but I've never used it so I'm not exactly sure.

I know that iMovie can capture video from an iSight camera (at least in my '06 version). I don't know if it supports third-party webcams, though.

Yep, what joshrholloway said. Photobooth should work.
