BMW Turbo type?

What brand/type of turbos does the BMW 335i/ix carry?

A friend of mine (and apparently others) are having issues with turbo failure in their 335i's from 2007/2008. I am curious what brand and model the turbos in the BMW are. Any idea where I might find such a fact?

Response by poster: Apparently Fuel pump death is common as well.

The 335i uses IHI turbos.
