Recommendations for a good, sturdy book light?

I am looking for a good book light for bed-readers. I do most of my reading in the supine position with a book dangling over my face, so I'm looking for a decent booklight that'll stay put without falling off the book and whacking me in the nose.

I have seen the suggestions in this thread, but majority opinion seems to have landed on the LightWedge, which wouldn't work in my case.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

My wife uses the Fulcrum Multi Flex LED Book Light while reading in bed and seems to like it.

I use a Petzl zipka headlamp. It has multiple brightness levels. The batteries last hundreds of hours because it uses LEDs.

Mrs. Director and I have several book lights of different sorts but they are all gathering dust since we started using LED head lamps. Yes, the hiking/camping sort. No muss, no fuss. So much easier than trying to get the damn book lights to sit right.

Another vote for the Mighty Bright. I use it with books and with my Amazon Kindle, and it works like a charm. Nicely flexible, and there's two levels of light. During a recent blackout, I pretty well used it for finding my bigger lights and my way around.

Here's another up for the Mighty Bright. It works very well with my Sony Reader.

Response by poster: Thanks, everyone! Looks like I'll be looking into the Mighty Bright, though I'm intrigued by the whole headlight idea.
