Is there a way to find organisations that have registered an .org domain within certain geographical boundary (country, region, town)?

You can search Public Interest Registry to see whether the organization in question has an .org - this also provides information about registrars, and I'm guessing also the geographical boundary of that registration.

Best answer: I'm not aware of any service that offers this.

And any automated use of the zone files for this purpose is forbidden.

(Public Internet registry, does not have a suitable search).

Thanks everybody!
