My Pictures thumbnails all the same...

On my computer, when I click on "My Pictures," I only get that generic sunset picture as thumbnails- not a thumbnail of the actual picture. Any way I can fix this?
Most of my pictures are not named, hence it's hard to know what image 1002938382 looks like with no thumbnail. Thanks guys.

Response by poster: It's already on thumbnails. Also- when I click on the image, it won't open. I can not see any of my pics. Anyone have any idea how I can remedy this?
