Sorry, you are not naked enough to get in the hot tub.

Looking for a vacation rental for a January weekend in the western NC mountains for a college reunion of sorts. Needs to be able to sleep at least 10 people, preferably 12 or even 14.

MUST HAVES:
Hot tub!
"Cabin Look" (wood floors, exposed beams, etc)
Fire place
Nice view
Within 5 hours driving distance of Raleigh, NC

Would like:
Game room (pool table)
Grill
At least 4 bedrooms, 5 preferable
Furnished kitchen
Furnished linens
Big TV in living room
Nice big windows
Covered porch
wrap-around porch

Do NOT Want:
Resort town (buh-bye, Pigeon Forge)
"Country Chic" decor (if I see any lace, I wil vomit.)

Not needed:
Access to outdoor activities - this is not a ski weekend, this is a "let's get drunk and go in the hot tub!" weekend.

This was our dream house, but it's not available the weekend we want:

What towns are good to look in? What companies have you had success with in the past? Any keywords I should be utilizing?

I went here with my extended family a few months ago. (Note: link is to a page listing the property for sale, but it's also available for rent, or at least was in June, although I couldn't find rental information in a brief search.) It has a lot of what you're looking for, but not the "cabin look," so that rules out this particular house, but it might be worth searching for other rentals in the Mill Spring/Columbus/Tryon area--there were quite a few rentals around there.

Everything but the hot tub is available at a stunningly reasonable rate at the group lodge at Cheaha Resort State Park. Also, the cabins are adjacent and each sleeps four people easily. I've never stayed in the lodge, but I've rented a cabin up there several times and it's gorgeous country, very peaceful, and not very crowded even during peak season. The stone buildings were WPA-built in the 1930s, and the kitchens are really well-appointed. Last time I was there we got snowed in and were forced to drink beer on the porch all day. Horrors.
