A couch with no name

We have an awesome couch in our new office and I'd love to get a few more around the place but no one seems to know where the hell it came from. We've torn the damn thing apart looking for labels, etc but to no avail. Here's a pic of the couch in question. ANY ideas who makes this or where we can get it? If it's helpful, we're based in London.

But, I don't think Ikea makes a Klippan sofa with a suede like cover. It could be custom upholstered or one of many knock-offs / similar styles.
