Good day, fellow Me-Fites! I am having a little difficulty locating an experienced electrician that will be able to resolve the intermittent issue we are having with the electric run to our swimming pool equipment. sometimes the pump comes on and sometimes it doesn't... I will of course be happy to receive your helpful suggestions and recommendations. Oh, and we live in Carrollton if that helps.

CFA worth it for a role in Real Estate Investment? I was wondering if the CFA will be useful to me if I want to work in Real Estate Investment – starting probably with a Commercial Brokerage firm in their asset management department, which would involve buying and holding investment properties for their income as well as possible capital appreciation. Ultimately perhaps work for some kind of REIT.

My partner is very liberal and effusive with compliments. I am generally much more reticent. My boyfriend got a $20 bill from the bank - the old style. It's a series 1950 C. He wants to keep it and not spend it... Is it actually worth anything? It is creased and there are signs of aging, and someone wrote "100" on it with a pencil. Otherwise, it's sharp and in good condition.
