	<title>What kind of martial arts should I do?</title>

	<description>I&apos;m interested in adding a martial arts class to my workout routine. Help me pick a style. I am specifically looking for something that would actually come in handy in case I ever got attacked in the street. However, I&apos;m also looking for something graceful and stylistic, like capoeira. I&apos;ve done yoga for 3 years, and I&apos;m looking to &lt;i&gt;add&lt;/i&gt; to my routine, not replace yoga. &lt;br&gt;
Extra points if you can recommend me a studio or dojo or whatever that&apos;s located in or near Newport Beach, CA. Thanks!</description>
