InCopy - a good solution for a small agency?

My small ad agency is looking to speed workflow and reduce errors stemming from borked formatting going from word docs, etc. to InDesign. What's the skinny on InCopy? Tell me about your first-hand experience with it; is it easy to learn, easy to use, etc? We are all very happy with InDesign, but we're not going to give it to every writer, and it's tedious to have the writer sit next to the AD and go "no, put the semicolon there and the period there." I want to get a feel for the value that InCopy might bring. Also, what are the hidden drawbacks that I may not have thought of? Thanks.

Help me pimp my test prep!

I am taking the Praxix II - Elementary Education (0014) this Saturday. Needless to say, I'm a bit behind in studying. The good news is that I am on vacation this week and have some time to dedicate to the cause. Also, I took my Praxis I in November and scored very well, I am looking for guidance on how to study for the inevitable history, science and theory questions that I have not thought about in the 13 years since I graduated college. I did purchase the REA book, have completed 2 practice tests and am copying the answers I got wrong onto notecards. Does it sound like I am on the right track?

International Job Hunt from USA

I want to make next career move in Italy (experience in marketing/sales/media - but open to any industry) -- and currently live in NYC. Best strategies? I was thinking maybe an international recruitment agency based here in the States (does this exist?) or American companies with offices in Tuscany (still cannot find a list like this). I do speak Italian at level B2, but I think a better bet would be for a job that wants me to primarily communicate in English and liaise with folks back home. Any ideas or tips?
