Two days ago, I decided to cut down on my caffeine intake drastically. I now feel super duper out of it and fatigued, plus I have headaches (I never get headaches!).
I would like to hear personal anecdotes from others regarding their experiences with caffeine withdrawal, so I know for sure that what I am feeling is not just in my head.

Everywhere mentions a 10% penalty, but nobody says whether this is pre or post tax, or whether it's added to your existing tax burden, or how these taxes actually get paid, etc.

I'm weaning off Lexapro under my doctor's supervision. Because I'm not going to keep bugging my doctor about this (she's on vacation anyway), I figured it'd hit up for guys for some withdrawal symptom advice. I've been having some fun ones, and I want to make sure everything is fine. I'd also like to find out what might help me feel a little bit better.

I took an early distribution on my 401(k) when I quit my job early this year. After doing some reading on the subject, I found my medical for the year is above the 7.5% threshold. Does this mean my early withdrawal penalty doesn't apply? You are not my accountant inside!

I woke up today with strong feelings of fear, and I'm not sure exactly what's going on. I need help in getting a handle on them, figuring them out or otherwise learning how to deal because this is NOT how I wanted to start the new year. I'm also not sure if this is related to being sick, having surgery, and missing meds in the past 4 days. Please help!!

Do you have any good methods for "hacking" nicotine-reduction insomnia? I'm quitting smoking, and I can successfully handle the withdrawal during the day using meditation, exercise and willpower. However, when it's time to sleep, I just don't get sleepy or tired unless I have a cigarette.

My wife is going to try to stop taking Fentanyl this weekend. She's been on it six months following a double mastectomy and reconstruction after a yearlong battle with stage 1 breast cancer (which she won). She is currently on a 25 mcg patch every 48 hours. After 24 hours withdrawal sets in and she's shivering and miserable for the next 24.

I have recently stopped taking Citalopram over 10 days, since then I've had a permanent headache which has lasted 4 weeks to date and seen me visit A&E twice. Currently I have been prescribed and am taking : Morphine, Voltarol, CO-codomol and Sodium Valproate which are only providing limited relief. I am also seeing a Neurologist and Psychiatrist who as of yet have failed to diagnose the problem. Has anyone had similar effect ?
If so, what was the diagnosis and resolution ?
