How I Restore the Windows 7 Default Network Manager?

I have a NetgearWG111v3 wireless USB network adapter. I absolutely hate the software it comes with to manage internet connections. I'd rather use the default network management tool that is built into Windows 7 (clicking on the notification area to bring a drop down list of available networks). Is there a way to restore the windows 7 default?

I want to make an External HDD a NAS and a DAS. But How?

Is there any way I can connect my External USB hard drive to my PS3 non-wirelessly while still sharing it wirelessly with other devices (iPad, iPod and other PCs in my house) using an Airport Extreme and a 4 port USB hub? I have a gut feeling that there must be a way to do this but I can't actually work out a real world way to do this. I accept I may potentially need to buy a new cable or two but I can live with that. Any ideas? [more inside]

Experience with Wireless print servers?

What is the expected printing speed for wirelessly connected printers? I hooked up a Trendnet usb to wireless printer server with my older Canon S600 USB printer. I use wep encryption on my network. I immediately noticed that the print job for one page color document take a quite a bit of time to start on the printer. I have not played around much yet, but when i tried printing a short word document from my laptop I was getting not enough memory errors. I am pretty sure it is not a laptop problem. When the printer was connected to the desktop PC i did not notice these problems of course. [more inside]

Wireless network adapter supported by Linux

I'd like a wireless network adapter that's supported by Linux 2.4 or 2.6 kernels with a minimum of hassle. I'd prefer a USB network adapter; a USB key would be ideal, but I don't know what sort of reception they get. A PCI card is acceptable as well, though less preferable. Any suggestions?
