Where can I watch the olympics online, for a fee?

I'm outside of the US (specifically, in Israel), and I don't have a TV. My wife is a winter sports fan, and I promised her she'd be able to watch the olympics online, but I couldn't find anywhere normal. I'm willing to pay, so it doesn't have to be free, but no weird sites with trojans either, please.

Why are there little trees on the ski jump ramp?

Last night while watching Olympic ski jumping, I noticed what appeared to be tiny pine trees spaced evenly down the center of the hill, right between the jumpers' ski tracks. What are they for, and why use pine trees?

Nordic Combined

Olympic Nordic Combined skiing is male-only. Isn't this against the Olympic Charter? Do women want to compete? Is the sport being promoted to women? What would happen if a woman applied to compete?
