Should I ditch my car for the winter while working in Snowmass Village? [more inside]

I'm going to be bartending in Snowmass for at least the winter. Aside from already being acclimated, what do I need to know about living and working Snowmass and Colorado in general having only lived as an adult in Oregon and Arizona. [more inside]
