It's getting towards the depths of winter, ski season has begun, and I find myself wanting to eat nothing but melted cheese, with buckets of hot caramel sauce for dessert. Can you help me find slightly less decadent recipes with the same mouthfeel?

I want something to put at the foot of my bed to keep feet warm - a throw would work, but something more designed for the purpose perhaps- like a giant "sock" that slips over the end of the comforter that you slip your feet into or something like that. down or equivalent preferable, but post whatever you have!

What is (/the original purpose of) a compression shirt? A local store has long-sleeved compression shirts on sale cheap and I've been looking for a cozy-n-toasty shirt for wearing like an undershirt in the winter that isn't longjohn/thermo material.
