Quick Launch toolbar keeps disappearing after several hours without rhyme or reason . Tried "lock toolbar" and that does not prevent this issue. It's a Dell running WinXP SP2. Everything else seems to be unaffected by this annoyance. Can put it back, and the disappearance will repeat after another several hours. Other toolbars unaffected ?

Windows 2000/XP has three options for setting desktop wallpaper: Center, Tile, and Stretch. Unfortunately, these are all kinda dumb. When I booted up my WinXP laptop tonight, I noticed that the psds (Photoshop documents) on my desktop all had screwed up icons. In fact, each one had a totally different icon, and none of them were the Photoshop icon! What's the deal? (Screenshot.). The icons for all my other documents (non-psds) are normal.
