Will 100 push-ups and 200 sit-ups a day make me look like an idiot? [more inside]
I can't stand calorie-counting (the meticulousness, worrying whenever I'm eating at a friend's house or having a business meeting at a restaurant), but I'm also awful with keeping portions (and hunger) in check. What the hell is wrong with me? Am I doomed to stay overweight until I can break one of these idiotic habits? Any tips to help make it easier? [more inside]
