I used to be obese. I have lost about 80 pounds out of my goal of 100 lost, and am struggling to lose the rest. My body, even though I am in my mid 20s, is now a complete mess. I am covered in stretch marks from head to toe. I’m hardly exaggerating. They start at my shoulders and don’t let up until my calves. I have big hanging flaps of skin and fat under my arms. Some bits of stretch marks and loose skin on my tummy, hips, thighs, and rear. I look like I had a baby or four. My breasts sag and are also covered in stretch marks. I’m aware that I’ll likely only ever look normal by plastic surgery, but what I am looking for is how to improve my body as much as I can through accessible methods until I can begin to afford surgery (or better, avoid it). How to avoid skin sagging with extreme weight loss? I need to lose about 200lbs, currently I'm losing about 2-3lbs a week (about 20lbs so far) so this is a long term plan but I don't want to reach my goal weight and be a bag of sagging skin. Is there anything I can start doing now to avoid that? I'm fairly young (not yet 30) and my skin elasticity is good if that's relevant. There's a lot of skin tightening creams on the market but do any of them actually work? A lot are just wrinkle creams or anti-cellulite creams.

When one is dieting by maintaining a small calorie deficit, is it appropriate to apply calories burned via one day's exercise to the next day's calorie total? Since I can't predict beforehand what days I'll have an opportunity to exercise, I can't plan ahead. Since I exercise rather late in the evening, binging the amount of calories after I return (directly before bed) would probably send 'em directly to my waist regardless of how much I'd just exercised.
