I realised last night that I've never seen a Web Developer (like wot I is) claiming any kind of professional accreditation. Why not? Is there another professional organisation that would take us?

Help me remember an old website: it had art projects that (re)used computers. One project was old PC monitors with motors inside which tracked and followed a person, as if the computer could see him. Second project was using barcodes, which one scanned and produced an object on a screen. If I remember well, other barcodes were actions (i.e. shrink, grow, destroy the object). I think there were others, but I only remember those two.

About 5 years back there was an online PC retailer who had this fantastic looking website with all these super-powered liquid-cooled PCs. But when people went to order them, they didn't have any to sell.

Need to find an alternative to
MyHQ.com. MyHQ is a web-based homepage that is simply lists of links that you can add to, customize, and organize into categories. You set it as your homepage, and voila!, every place you regularly visit on the internet is right in front of you. Their site is currently down, which has happened before, but this time I fear its for reals. I am literally lost without it (not to mention the 100+ organized links that I no longer have access to).

I used to use mydomain.com to handle website and email forwarding. I would just set the DNS to their servers, and set the forwarding to a spot on my server, and it worked perfectly.
I want to be able to manage all my domain forwarding from one account that dosen't charge per domain.
