Any good recommendations for an online learning program that covers all of web development? HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL. Having to pay for it is fine. Something like
this.

You are learning HTML on the internet via a set of instructional videos. What do you expect to be taught? How do you expect to be taught it? What useless things do you hope will be left out? What great things do you hope are included?

Can you give me any pointers on learning web development? Unlike other similar questions in the archives (
1,
2), I have a lot of programming experience. I haven't really followed web programming practices closely, however, because without keeping closely involved, it has been hard to sort out useful stuff from buzzwords and fads. (Non-web programming has enough of those!)

I know how to make database-driven web sites using Windows servers, Access, IIS, and ASP.
I want to learn how to do the same using Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, and... whatever you use instead of Access.
Where do I start?
