What's a good wireless webcam for the Mac (OS 10.5.something) that works, without fuss, with the Orb software (ideally, for under $100)? [more inside]

In Snow Leopard, has Photo Booth been upgraded to utilize the full resolution of the iSight or external webcams? I want to do one of those DIY wedding photo booth deals, but my 10.5 version of Photo Booth limits resolution to 640x480. Alternatively: will any piece of software on the Mac let me capture a still image from my Logitech 9000 at its full 2MP resolution? I have searched in vain for webcam software that doesn't limit me to 640x480. Help! [more inside]

So I finally got around to setting up my wireless video webcam. I like the camera, I like that it's wireless and streaming video, but I can't view the video from any of my three Macs, though it works with my Dell laptop. When I try to view from my Mac (on IE, Firefox, or Safari) I get the video page but no video. [more inside]

I'm driving cross country and parking a webcam on the dash. I also have a bluetooth GPS receiver. I want these two devices together to end up with a folder full of geotagged images, but my google-fu is failing to provide an easy answer. Does anyone out there know? [more inside]

Recently my bike and some other trivial stuff has been stolen off my porch.
My bike was locked. :(
I want to bait this thief with another bike (my broken one) and see who this jerk is. I have a mac and want to use a wireless webcam. Infrared is key since I believe he strikes at night. Is there an app for OS X and a compatible webcam for this situation? Ideally, it would not capture footage unless their is activity.

I have a Logitech Messenger webcam and a Mac (10.3.9) and I downloaded the macam software. How do I chat with a friend who has a PC and another Logitech webcam? Should we use AIM? Yahoo? Excuse me if the question's too easy but I'm a total webcam n00b and what I found on Google is quite contradictory. Thanks!

I am looking for a webcam to use with mac osx(10.4.3). I travel quite a lot and I want to see our new baby from the road. I would like to be able to pan/tilt and poss zoom. Where can I go online? What software should I be getting? What camera? I know this can't be too complicated, I find myself having a hard time. Maybe it is the sleep deprivation cause by our newborn. I appreciate any advice in advance. Happy New Year all!!! [more inside]

Why does my Mac sometimes go into kernel panic when I unplug the firewire webcam? It happens on a variety of occasions: sometimes multiple apps are open and CPU usage is high, other times it's right after a fresh reboot. (iBook G3/700Mhz, 384MB RAM, Mac OS X 10.2.8, and the webcam is a Unibrain Fire-I.)

At one time I had the URL for a website that provided a patch/driver that allowed you to use a Logitech USB Quickcam Messenger -- the ones with the good Christmas rebates? -- with OS X. But now I can't find it, whether via Google or Sourceforge or Google Groups (which appear to be down). Can anyone help? I'm about to belatedly give one to my sister for her Powerbook, and I'd like to be able to, you know, make it work.
