Changing the state setting in Google Scholar

I use Google Scholar to look for court cases. For some reason, for the last few months the options at the bottom of the search box have been as shown in the extended area. It used to be that the last entry would be "Michigan courts," as that is where I live. But the choice now is always "California courts." Even if I take the several (annoying) steps needed to select Michigan courts, it defaults back to California courts the next time. Does anyone know how this behavior can be changed? [more inside]

VolokhShip Down?

This is a link to a very widely read legal weblog. I have not been able to get access to it for a week. Is it down everywhere or just in my area?

Make it del.icio.us

How do I create an ordinary "post to del.icio.us" link? The Del folks provide very informative instructions on creating a button using extensions, and on creating a bookmarklet or link using javascript. But for those for whom neither option works, how do you simply create an ordinary link that can be added to the Favorites list?

Trojan at Drudge Report?

See http://www.professorbainbridge.com/2005/04/whats_drudge_up.html for the question. He is getting a report of a Jabber Trojan when visiting the Drudge site. Any insight here?
