How do I import data into a table in an Access database in such a way that the new table will retain all of the relationships currently extant in the database? Is there a way to make a new table and overwrite the old table (say the table is called 'users') and preserve the relationships?

I have a friend who's used canada.com's free web-based e-mail service for a number of years. Recently they've been doing some upgrades, and she's run into a problem: when viewing a message, none of the action buttons (Reply, Forward, etc.) work, except for Delete. Any canada.com users out there who know what's going on? Has anyone had any luck contacting user support for canada.com? [more inside]
