Moving to DC, looking to rent in Tenleytown or Georgetown. But, I'm having a hard time finding good "house" rental listings. Ideally, we're looking for 4 bedrooms (3 plus an office of some sort), close to metro, some kind of yard would be nice.
We're looking to keep it under $4k per month. Starting in June and we're here at least 2 years.
Any thoughts of where there might be some good listings (besides Craigslist), or if you know of a good one for rent that might fit, let me know.

I'm looking for extremely primitive beach camping sites (preferably on the Chesapeake) in the DC/MD/VA area. I'm talking about places with no running water, no bathrooms, nothing but nature for miles around.
Assateague Island's backcountry camping sites are a perfect example of what I'm looking for. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Anyone gotten an HPAP loan in DC? I'm buying a condo and the seller is wiling to pay my closing costs. However, the big question is will HPAP let someone pay my closing cost for me? I can't find any documentation for this online. Any general words of wisdom about HPAP would be appreciated. Also, any info on the Bond program would be great. I am buying in a neighborhood that qualifies.

I searched the archives and came up with two threads DC-wise, one recommending doctors in general and another with recommendations for cosmetic dentistry. The dentist I'm looking for is metro accessible (preferably NW DC) and has reasonable rates (completely out of pocket) for a standard cleaning and plaque removal/scaling. Thanks!
