My sister is about to turn 27 and I'd love to give her a hundred dollars' worth of awesome! in Washington DC. She loves books, museums, coffee, food (but not cooking), and all sorts of quirky/funny/ unexpected things (think Pirate Shop in San Francisco). She lives in Columbia Heights and does not have a car.
