I 'm thinking of buying a small very cheap Android tablet, and mounting it to a wall, mostly to use as an interface for controlling my music collection. My main hesitation is that I believe that some of the inexpensive Chinese tablets may not come configured to access the US App Market. How big a problem is this? [more inside]
