I've recently acquired a pair of crepe soled boots (some good ol' Wallabees) and I love them to bits. But the light colored sole gets grimy fast. Any tips for keeping the soles clean and in good condition? [more inside]

I've found a place online I can have my Clark's Wallabees resoled, but can anyone recommend a place in Brooklyn or Manhattan that resoles Wallabees? It'd be great if they can resole these high-top Pony's I have too. Thanks!
