Heard tale of some crazy jumped-up-on-sarsaparilla young coot hand rolling his/her own pen tips for them styluses on the Wacom intuos tablets outta something or other. Ring a bell? Anyone doing this? [more inside]

Somewhere I once read a way to save the settings for a Wacom Intuos 2 tablet and transfer it from machine to machine by saving one of its files, but I can't find those specific instructions again (for PC). Any tips?
