I recently installed the greasemonkey script for Vonage users that turns phone numbers into URLs that when clicked, causes your phone to pick up and dial the number. I find this incredibly useful -- is there any kind of plug-in that will give me the same functionality within my Outlook address book?

I've had Vonage for a year + now and have no intention of going back to Verizon. And yet when I called Verizon to get them to detach and remove their ugly wires from my home, they want to bill me for the work. What are my rights?

Anybody here use both Vonage and a bit torrent client? Any ideas on how to get around the incredible voice quality degredation that BT apparently causes? [more inside]
