Any clue what old science film this is?

I'm trying to track down an old science film that chronicled the creation of a new volcanic island in the North Sea that formed over the period of several months. The film depicted the rapid creation of sandy beaches and then showed how quickly animal life migrated from nearby islands.

Sorry, not much to go by, but any ideas on what the name of this film might be?

Some questions about the volcano vaporizer

My friend is considering buying the volcano vaporizer. I should first note that price isn't an issue, he's splitting the cost with a few of his friends. He's also a purely recreational user looking for the most potent high he can get. Some of his questions are below: 1. How difficult is it to use?
2. How difficult is it to transport?
3. Is it the best way to get high? I've heard it's the most efficient method, is the hype true?
4. Are they known to break, and how would one get it repaired?
5. Do you often have to order certain replacement items online (balloons, valves, etc.)
6. How long does it typically last?
7. Has anyone used the newest one (the "volcano digit?")
8. Are there any health issues or possible hazards?

Any other advice is also greatly appreciated.

How many times has Mt. Vesuvius erupted since 79 AD?

How many times has Mt. Vesuvius erupted since AD 79? Different sources I've looked at have different answers--more than 50 times, almost 3 dozen times, 29 times, at least 21 times. Does anyone have an authoritative source for an answer? Is a definitive answer even known?

Should I be worried about Mt. Rainier erupting?

Seattle: seems like a nice place to live. But I'm somewhat concerned about Inevitable Volcanic Death. Should I be? Apparently Mt. Rainier is several hundred years overdue for a cataclysmic explosion. But everything else about the city and the situation just sounds so good! Seattlites (?), how can I learn to stop worrying and love the bomb, so to speak?

Would it be feasible to dump nuclear waste into volcanoes?

Would it be feasible to dump nuclear waste into volcanoes? One proposed method to get rid of nuclear waste is to dump it into a subduction zone between two tectonic plates. But that would entail transporting the waste to massive depths and would probably be impractical for large quantities.

So why not just dump it into a volcano? Obviously it would be a volcano that is hopefully not going to erupt soon (and spray radioactive ash all over the place) but could an active volcano, accessible at the surface, with a suitably large magma pipe (so that their's a good chance the containers go into the mantle) be a potential way to get rid of nuclear waste? Even if the containers don't go all the way into the mantle they're still basically buried beneath a mountain?

I mean it worked for Frodo right? Or is it too risky?
