I got this B-100 Complex from Costco that promotes energy and mental clarity. I took it for a week, every single day made so sleepy I even was afraid to drive. Does anyone has any idea why it has that effect when all the comments are so positives?

I have a few questions about vitamins and supplements. Does anybody have any experience with Calcium/Magnesium/Vitamin D & B-Complex improving anxiety and mood? And, can anybody recommend a joint-health supplement for a puppy with a genetic tendency towards hip dysplaysia?

Alright, so it's cold/flu/etc season and my roommate brought home a package of Emergen-c. He welcomed me to it, so I figured what the heck, I'll take a look at it. Then I noticed it says you can take it post-workout, which spiked my interest because I'm a self-described 'gym bum.'

What kind of vitamins/supplements do you take and why? There is so much conflicting information out there that I am confused. Currently I take fish oil (brain function/memory), iron (slightly anemic), D (live in a place that lacks sun half the year), acidophilous (digestion), C (immune system), B complex (energy), and the occassional multi vitamin in case I am missing anything else. Wondering if there is anything else I should be taking...

O Hive Mind,
I love my vitamins, but i'd like my calcium in a separate installment because of kidney risk factors and a previous history of urinating small bricks. Can you suggest products that - you not being a doctor notwithstanding - are appropriate for me?
Bonus points if they are mail orderable from within euroland.
TIA

I bought some B2 vitamins because they were on sale. Each pill contains 2,6mg of B2 riboflavin (162% ADT) and my multivitamin pills also contains B2 riboflavin, and its 1,6mg (100% ADT). Would I risk anything by taking multivitamins with 100% B2 and then taking another pill with 162% B2 in the morning?

I recently ordered a product online, a free trial. They wanted my credit card info for the trial and in a fit of delusion I went ahead and requested the product without looking for the catch. The catch is a tiny 'Terms and Conditions' button checked by default where I agreed to a monthly shipment of their basically worthless product. Is there anything I can do about this?
