My friend has a dual 2GHz Apple G5, and is unable to run Virtual PC 6.1 on his computer. He knows Virtual PC 7 will work, but is unsure if he can buy solely the upgrade, or if he will need a full version of Virtual PC 7. Anyone have any insight into this situation? Thanks in advance!

If I have two XP machines on the internet in different locations, and each machine is running a virtual PC version of Windows 98, is it possible through some use of a tunneling protocol or whatever, to make those two virtual 98 machines appear to be on the same local network? WinXPVibratesFilter: While the brand new XP that lives within my Powerbook, courtesy VirtualPC, appears fully functional and not terribly dog slow, what should I do to rope it off from these viruses I'm told of time and again by my Wintel-using fellow-geeks? Free, as ever, is the best. Also, for whatever reason, the Windows Update website auto-scan thingy just autoscans, unto infinity. I've managed to whack the pseudo-box into updating despite this, but it makes auto-updating, as a class, suspect.

I use an iMac and carry a Siemen's SX56 Pocket PC from AT&T. I recently purchased PocketMac Pro to sync the two, and contacts, appointments, and little stuff is fine, but I can't get a decent connection speed to transfer MP3's. Is there something I'm missing here? In addition, I run Virtual PC and can't sync through ActiveSync, with a USB cradle. Help me, please.
