Trying to locate this awesome villa

I am trying to locate a villa rental property I read about in a traveler magazine in my doctor’s office some time ago. Problem is, I don’t remember a lot of the specifics... Might you be able to identify the villa I’m talking about based on the few things I do remember? Here is what I do remember:
- Located in either Costa Rica or Puerto Rico - I think (sorry)
- Villa/property with multiple bedrooms and affordable (the article focused on how affordable villa rentals could be when shared with other couples)
- Access to a natural underground cave with stalactites & stalagmites
- I believe this underground cave was in effect a pool – and for some reason I think there was a slide going into it?
- Villa came with a personal chef who prepared all meals
- Transport to/from airport was also provided
- Family-friendly (the writer had small kids)
- Possibly located somewhat inland, but could be wrong on that

Ridiculously vague, I know. I can't remember which doctor's office it was or I'd just ask them which traveler magazines they subscribe to and narrow my search that way. Any help would be appreciated!

Help me rent a villa

Inspired in part by this thread I want to rent a villa in Tuscany. I am reluctant - perhaps needlessly - to do this all over the InterWebs. Does anyone have any experience with an Italian villa renting agent? My ideal answer would be of the form "Contact Signore Agente, he found us a great villa!" But really, any insights from actual experience would be helpful.

Does anybody know the best car hire rental and also villa rental companies to use in Florida, Orlando? We are going away in September and require a good, cheap, reliable company to use for car rental and also for villas.

Lourdes Travel and Trip Afterwards

I am visiting Lourdes in mid-August with my family, there will be 6 adults and 1 4 year old child. I am looking for some tips about this and what to do afterwards. I asked a question:

about trips in Europe here

that has kind of evolved, as my extended family want to go to Lourdes and I have offered to arrange...

There will be 7 of us - 6 adults and 1 4 year old child.

We are based in the UK - and I am thinking of flying into Toulouse and hiring a van to get us to Lourdes itself, then staying in a local hotel.

I would greatly appreciate any ideas on this.

After the Lourdes trip of 2 nights, my wife and I will be going on to .....wherever we fancy for the next 10 nights. This, I guess is the tie in to the previous question.

Where to go? My wife fancies trying Germany, but I am up to any suggestions on any part of this question that you may have for me.

On the first part, might it be worth us hiring a villa for a couple of days for example??

I'd like some personal recommendations for villas, little hotels, or guesthouses in (on?) Bali, near Gunung Bromo, and/or Yogyakarta/Borobudur/Prambanan, and any other advice you'd like to provide about these areas. I'm researching a trip my mom, 16-year-old brother, and I will be making to these areas in December or January. I realize that's a busy time of year in Bali, but we don't want to stay in Kuta or lie on a beach for days on end - we're more snorkeling, volcano-climbing, temple-visiting kind of people, real go-getters when we're on vacation. The northern side of the island seems more like what we're looking for, but I have no idea, really.

We'd like to spend less than $30-50 a night if possible, we'll be renting cars, and we'll be flying between Bali, Surabaya (for Bromo), and Yogya. We don't camp.

I live in Indonesia currently and while my Bahasa Indonesia is appalling, I have friends who can help me book rooms and the like.

The Lonely Planet Guide for Indonesia I've got was published in 2002, so I'm assuming most of the info in there will have changed, and the Lonely Planet Thorntree is a nightmare to wade through. I live in Bandung.
