I'm thinking of a music video by a Japanese rock band that starts with a long tracking shot of a huge guitar effects pedal chain. I know it is an amazing song but I can't for the life of me recall the name.

Help me find the source of this video clip, it begins at 2:08
here. It's a dance sequence, the one with the woman with short blond hair. Given the subject of the video it's likely from an advertisement in the late 80s - early 90s. The music playing in the background on the video is not the original music accompanying the clip.

Last week, I shared the music video
That's What's Up, by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, with my 15 year old and she fell in love with it. This week, daughter was assigned a project in her video production class to create an advertisement for the Sadie Hawkins dance at her high school. Inspired by the ES video, she's decided to recruit some youngsters from the on-campus preschool (where she is a volunteer) and film a short music video depicting a little girl asking a little boy to dance.

So... I have this dark and fuzzy cheapo camera video of 15 minutes of myself doing yoga. And I'd like to chop it up into one of those funky arty music videos. If you were me, and you'd never ever done anything like that before, where would you start?

I'm teaching an online course on internet culture and of the first sections is on music videos and youth culture specificaly. To counter-point the peppy more mainstream examples like Rebecca Black, I'd like to show a specific music video of a teen hipster girl singing in a lazy cadence about her love for a boy - but I can't remember her name or the song. She sang with the song's lines running together. She had some vocal fry in there. There was a macbook on the bed. There was only one other girl in the video and they were sitting around the bed mostly. The laid back vibe and simpler subject matter of the video captured something I'd love to show. Anyone know who she was? Thanks!

looking for a Bollywood music video that has men dancing while sitting in toilet stalls--the camera is moving around in a locker room or similar setting and it pans across the tops of the stalls and in each one a guy is sitting AND dancing on the toilet. i know there are a MILLION Bollywood music videos, so this may be like looking for a needle in a haystack, but perhaps someone out there may recognize this one--it certainly is a bit weirder than most of them. i saw it on a monitor in an Indian restaurant, but the waiter didn't know anything about where to find it.

I need to find music clips to go with some home videos. This one of
Amsterdam is 2:45. This one of
Bacharach Germany is 4:02 and this one of
Frankfurt is 3:11. The clips are for my own purposes only. I share them with friends and family as reminders of the vacation time we had together. The music should be easy enough for most people to enjoy/tolerate, not too mainstream and should be perky(ish). Here is an example of a video I made on
Whitehorse, Yukon where I live. I'm looking for the same sort of vibe for the other videos.

Looking for a music video from between 5 and 10 years ago. It was rock, and started with some guys in a cabin in the woods, at night, in the winter. They meet some girls, and it seems like they're having a normal party until the girls turn out to be vampires and eat all the guys. There was blood and scenes of the girls chasing the guys out in the snow.

Back in the '90s there used to be a "music video" style recording mode on Sony camcorders that created a low frame-rate, slightly blurred or dreamy look - perhaps something to do with using fewer frames per second and blending the intermediary frames. Does anyone remember this and know how to recreate that look in post-production, e.g. using final cut pro, etc.?
