I'm in the UK, and will be giving a pre-recorded video conference presentation remotely next month in the US. What is the deliverable I should be aiming for (YouTube link, QuickTime video, PDF with MP3, something else?) and what is the easiest, most hassle-free way of creating and delivering it?

With the recent announcement that Microsoft will no longer be making Zune players, can anyone recommend a Windows based personal media player with an internal memory of
AT LEAST 30GB that supports audio (mp3, FLAC, wma), video (wmv, mp4) and podcast subscriptions? Recommendations for a new media player/software to manage all that stuff would be helpful as well. (I'm just going to cut the Zune cord entirely when my current player finally gives out).
Please note, I do
not want an iPod or iTunes.

Unexpected Holiday Gift: Someone got me a Zune HD! Problem. I already own an ipod Nano and know next to nothing about Zune. What can the Zune do that my nano can't? How do you use yours? What does the Zune do well? Any tips or trips or strange things/ 3rd party applications I can use?

I would like to add video to a scrapbook/photoalbum. What device could best do this, cheaply? I have a Sansa Fuze mp3 player, which is small and can play video, but when turning it on, a reader would have to know how/where to navigate menus to find the videos. Is there anything small, battery powered, and cheap, that when activated, either automatically starts playing the video, or simply presents the reader with a list of videos to choose from?

What's the best way to extract audio from MTS (AVCHD) video file into CD-writable format (WAV or MP3) on a low-powered Windows XP laptop (netbook)? Free/cheap and simple software is preferable.
