We are going camping this summer though upper New York state, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. 2 adults, 1 senior citizen, 1 small, well-behaved dog. We are looking for dog-friendly campgrounds that might also have a cabin option. Any suggestions? [more inside]

Where in New England should we go camping? We have a pop-up camper and are looking for decent hiking trails and maybe some area attractions. An alpine slide would be a big plus! I have a few Vermont ideas, (Killington, Gifford Woods, Bromley Mountain) and would like some feedback or new ideas. [more inside]
