How can I get the delay/latency out of my cell-via-network-extender calls or Skype calls or both? Verizon says it's Comcast and Comcast says everything's fine. Could it be my router? Is this just par for the course? I don't want to go back to landline but have to have a good phone line for my home business.

Soon I will be able to get a new cell phone on my contract with Verizon. My current phone, a Samsung A930 is a clamshell style, and it doesn't display whether or not I have a text message when it's shut. Are there any phones out there of the clamshell design that display a small envelope or other symbol on the external display?

Verizon Wireless extended my contract without my knowledge or consent when I changed my service plan a few months ago. I explicity ask Verizon each time I make a change to my account whether or not the change would extend my contract, and the customer rep must have said no, or else I would not have agreed. What are my options?

I'm looking to take over someone's Verizon Family Plan cell contract (preferably one that has less than 6 months to go). Is there a popular/effective website where folks who want to get out of their cell contracts can meet folks who are interested in taking them over? This seems like a nobrainer to those who don't want to pay a cancellation fee due to circumstances in their life. And if anyone knows anyone who is trying to get out of a verizon family plan, send them my way! Thanks!
