I get to spend Mid-June to September in Vegas with my days pretty much completely free - I work nights.
What educational opportunities and schools would you recommend me look into to take some classes.

I have never been to Las Vegas but will be going for the first time this summer as a bridesmaid for my friend's bachelorette party. I am not a Vegas person: I don't drink or club, I don't like being around lots of people all the time, my budget is extremely tight, and crashing at the yucky hotel we're staying at sets off all my buttons in every way. Am I going to be able to realistically make this happen, or do I need to figure out a way to bail now?

I'm stupid at wedding planning. I have a 2 hour gap between my lunch/dinner and a show I'm taking my guests to (both at Caesar's Palace in Vegas). Is there a really nice easygoing bar/lounge that's open at 5 pm in Caesar's or near Caesar's that you recommend for people to digest, chat, etc? It would be nice if they had some not too loud live music, too. Thanks!

Other than the
Peppermill, the
Neon Graveyard, or some of the casinos on Fremont Street, where are the best places to visit in Las Vegas to experience the faded but still garish glory of the 60s and 70s?

Hello,
My family is traveling to Las Vegas at the end of September. Knowing the hotels charge for WIFI, I am asking if anyone would know of a FREE WIFI spot near Harrahs on the strip? Thanks in advance.

I ate at a great little restaurant in Las Vegas about 3 years ago that I'm trying to find while I'm here this week. These are the details I remember about it - it was near the airport, not attached to any hotel, specialized in wine, had a European bistro feel to it, had great food. I think it may have been in a strip mall but not positive. And I seem to remember it had numbers in the name, but again, not positive. I'm on a business trip and would love to find it, or something like it. I'm staying at South Point, so being easy to get to from here without having to deal with Strip traffic is a plus.

I recently had to reinstall Windows (XP) on my PC to kill some malware. Subsequently, I reinstalled Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9, which I've been using for the last couple of years on this machine. Today I went to open one of my video edits for the first time... but Vegas chokes on it. Can you help me figure out why? Error log after the jump.

I'm looking for an article I read online within the past two years about a group of friends in their late 20s/early 30s who spend the weekend smoking/snorting some drug at a friend's house. I mostly remember the bizarre activities they got involved in and an impromptu trip to Las Vegas in the middle of the weekend.
