I have perfected homemade marshmallows and they are delicious! They are so delicious that I want to send some from San Francisco to a friend in England. The only trouble is that the marshmallows have a coating of white powder (confectioners' sugar and a little cornflour) to ensure they don't stick together and create one big mess. Am I asking for trouble by sending this stuff via USPS internationally?

I've ordered a dress on behalf of the wife and it is being made and shipped from the Ukraine.
They have given us a tracking number, but I suspect it is an incorrect one:
The number supplied starts with RA, then has 9 digits and ends with UA.
I've looked at the USPS Track & Confirm page and there is no RA suffix, only RE - and they always end in US, not UA
So have I been given bogus info ?

I need to mail some important documents from the US to Russia via a method that is trackable. The cheapest price I can find is $28.95 via USPS. Does anyone know of a less expensive method that includes tracking information? These are just paper documents, not a package. Thanks!

Why do some neighborhoods get USPS mail delivered to their door (or at least to their property) and other neighborhoods get USPS mail delivered to mailboxes on the street near the recipients' property but not on it?
