I have two U3 "smart" drives. I find the pop-up windows they generate on insertion into a USB port incredibly annoying. How do I get rid of the damn U3 mojo? [more inside]

How can I speed up copying the same date to lots and lots of USB keys? I have to copy data, using XP, to a whole bunch of keys. That's a lot of inserting and dragging and dropping and it may drive me insane. Is there any way to speed up the process? Something that does lots of USB keys at once? Some sort of auto-copy thing?

Windows Vista or XP, Kingston USB drive. I can save a text file to the USB, but not .doc or .jpeg - I am informed "cannot create file or directory". USB is not full and not damaged (as far as I can tell). Suggestions enthusiastically welcomed.
