It followed this guy who would talk to his dad sometimes and it was cut together like Jon Benjamin Has a Van. The guy was named something like John Heffman (but that's not it). It was a little like Demitri Martin's show. It's been on within the last four years.
Where on earth can I find a copy of all the seasons of "I shouldn't be alive"? I've torrented it off one site, but there are about 15 episodes missing and it's not clear what seasons they're missing from because the show was bought by another channel at one point and all the episodes got mixed up. I would by it legally if I could but Animal Planet.com, Amazon and eBay don't have anything other than seasons 1-3. I'm in Australia, btw.
I really like the necklace that Lisa Kudrow's character wore on the season premiere of season 3 of Web Therapy (image inside). Where can I find something similar? [more inside]
I saw this series of shows a while back. 15 years ago maybe. 12? 17? I think they were on IFC, but that could be wrong. They were fictional nature shows, sort of like Discovery Channel style. They just had a voice over guy I think. Not a host. Except for that last show I think, where he froze to death or died somehow. I think. I might have also been some side project from a famous actor or something. As you can tell, all these details are pretty grey. Any of it ringing a bell? Thanks.
Trying to find episodes of the reality show Party Planner from 2005. Doesn't look like they are on Netflix, Hulu, iTunes, or YouTube. Any ideas on where to get them? A co-worker "starred" in one episode and claims there is no way I'll find it...so the challenge is on....
I recently discovered the TV show Go On and liked it. I am wondering if you guys know of any other show (or movie) that has the same feel? [more inside]
Okay, so there was this show (maybe on the USA network?) around 1990-ish, maybe. The premise was that a former superspy/secret-agent/hero had retired to the suburbs, and his former archnemesis moves into the house next door. They're still kind of enemies, but in a Simpsons/Flanders "friendly" way, instead of trying to kill each other like they used to. What is this show? [more inside]

HelpMeThinkOfThisMovie/TVShowFilter: back in the mid-80s I used to rent these VHS kids movies about a sci future where this special group of soldiers (or something) wore their own individual Robo-Cop-Like Suits. It was NOT animated. The main character wore gold armor suit and I think had a Cyclops-like visor. I want to say the word "Captain" was in the title... [more inside]

Help me find a video I saw a couple of months ago: It's a clip of a foreign tv show where the host asks a bunch of random people to write their names, and afterwards he gives them each a private envelope that describes the that individual's personality. I have a vague memory of some show airing during the early 1980s that I think was sponsored by Robin Hood Flour or maybe King Arthur Flour. I have little to no recollection of what happened on the show (some sort of baking challenge for kids maybe?) but I know that I would watch it around lunchtime when I had half-days of kindergarten. It could have been either a PBS or CBC show as we got CKWS out of Kingston, Ont. in my village in Upstate NY. Robin Hood Flour sounds right, so I'm leaning toward it being a Canadian show. Does this ring any bells with anyone?
