So, I absolutely loved My So-Called Life as a teenager. I recently bought the DVD and just watched the pilot episode again, but a scene I vividly remember is missing.

I've been re-watching Mefi favorite
Community with all the commentary tracks and really enjoying it. So, I'm looking for other good TV shows (genre unimportant) on DVD that have commentary for ALL the episodes. Preferably a show that is complete, but that's not necessary. Most important is that every episode have commentary on it. Recommends?

This list seems like a good starting point, though I'll happily include episodes that are watchable or good rather essential to the overall series mythology. For bonus points, which disks of the DVD library should I get from the video store to see the good episodes?

I recently bought The Twilight Zone Season 2 box set on DVD. I'm wondering how to turn the set of DVDs into a nice TV show series in iTunes complete with episode titles and other information about each episode. I've tried using Handbrake, but all of the DVD chapters are of the same length and it looks really confusing. I have an iPad and would like it to look like other TV show seasons do that are purchased from the iTunes store. Anything super automated and created for this purpose?

Help me build my perfect home media machine. It must play blu-ray discs, browse the web, and stream HD video from internet sources. I have no interest in video games, and little interest in cable TV. Is this something I can buy? If this is something I must build myself, what kind of computing muscle will I need?

My (very basic) DVD player is connected to my (also very basic) TV with RCA cables. My laptop plugs into my TV with an S Video cable (so I can watch Netflix streaming, etc). The problem: if the S Video cable is plugged in (even if the laptop isn't connected on the other end) the TV won't recognize the signal coming from the DVD player. My solution is to simply unplug the S Video cable when I want to use my DVD player, but ideally I'd like to keep it plugged in and have some sort of switching mechanism. Is there such a product and if so, can someone provide a link? Thanks!

During some insomnia nights, some years ago, I was lucky enough to come across with
Of Beauty and Consolation on the tv, which was an English translation of the dutch tv program
Van de Schoonheid en de Troost. The program is a series of interviews with intellectuals. The Richard Rorty interview is available
on-line.
Now I'm trying to get the DVD box, and it seems there is a
dutch version available, but since I don't know a word of dutch, I'm trying to find the English version.

can I buy a complete DVD series of Married with Children? If so, where? How much should I expect to pay? It has 11 seasons, and I want to buy it as a gift. However, it would be way too expensive to pay 35-45 dollars PER season, for each individually.

Where can I find older episodes (pre-Elmo) of Sesame Street on DVD for my son? I know about the two disks of "Old School" episodes that have been released on DVD, there's still a huge gap between where those end (1979, I believe) and when Elmo became extremely prominent in the show (late 80s, I believe), and each of those sets only contain 5 full episodes, and a lot of individual segments, outside of the context of a full show.

I just went to a screening of
The Five Venoms at my art museum's in house movie theatre, and the lady that runs the place said in a sort of an off hand way (in the middle of a reminiscence about the old days when they had first started showing kung fu films as part of their schedule) something along the lines of 'of course now with the satellite TV and DVDs not nearly so many people are interested in these pictures'. That sounded strange to me, because would have assumed that those two factors would have
increased interest in that kind of movie. Does anyone have any insight or information about changes in peoples interest in kung fu films?
