Missing sentence in English translation of Homo Ludens

Any Dutch linguists out there that can help me with this sentence? The English translation of Johan Huizinga's Homo Ludens seems to be missing some sentences. Can anyone tell me what the last sentence in this paragraph says? I have a rough idea (thanks to Google Translator) but it'd be nice to see it in a smooth sounding sentence. I'll also copy the whole Dutch paragraph below.

Dutch name translation

I have found a written reference to a person with a last name of: ten Thije ook genoemd Boonkkamp. I am assuming that it is Dutch? and can anyone transliterate it into English, especially the non-capitalized parts? Does it mean 'Thije' who is married to 'Boonkkamp' or anything like that?

Can someone translate a couple of Dutch sentences for me? Someone in the Netherlands linked to a picture I drew (of my old school uniform, as badly drawn here) and the following phrases were used:

Bekijk slechts de afbeelding.

Afbeelding kan verkleind worden weergegeven en auteursrechtelijk beschermd zijn.

I'm just curious about what they mean! This picture has a bizarrely large number of hits.

And to think I thought I spoke Dutch because I speak English.

I like to listen to the AVRO klassiek Zondagochtend Concert podcast. As I speak no Dutch, I have no idea what I'm listening to. Perhaps you can help? Hooray for classical music. I like the AVRO klassiek Zondagochtend Concert podcast, which I found somehow through here or here. I think. Itunes will download it until the end of time from here. I think.

But since I speak not the dutch, I have no idea what I'm listening to most of the time. This saddens me.

Do you speak Dutch? Can you read those pages? Is there page that lists the program for various shows? Can you point me to it? Hooray!
