Multiple swastikas and SS symbols have recently been carved into the wall of my apartment complex's laundry room. I complained to the landlord and nothing has changed. I want to cover them with something temporary so that I don't have to look at them until my landlord repairs the walls. I was thinking about something with an opposing message to the graffiti, like one of tolerance, even though I know I'm not going to change any white supremacist minds. Any ideas?

My somewhat newly religious friend told me that because of his spiritual beliefs he now believes that homosexuality is wrong because God planned men and women to procreate, and gay relationships don't follow that plan. He also said he is pro gay marriage because he views that as more of a political or practical issue and doesn't think that religion should be used as a justification for laws that also govern the non-religious. How should I take this?

I'm a 23 year old Asian-American male who sucks at drinking. I dislike alcohol, and can barely finish a beer, mostly due to hating the taste as well as my body's adverse reactions. How can I train my body to tolerate alcohol better? Could someone, for example, help me design a "training regime"?

With the holidays coming I find my inability to tolerate some family members and listen to the inane chatter that fills the room. I am often visually unhappy about the situation. How can I tolerate such gatherings in a way that at least makes it appear I'm not so unhappy? (Bonus points if I'm ACTUALLY not so unhappy).

About a week ago, I started jogging a mile a day and already I've noticed I've been getting kind of a second wind maybe 2/3 of the way in and my time has been going down quite a bit. Does anyone know the reason or the science behind the body getting used to being pushed? Also, does anyone know the proper breathing techniques for runners? I have some unreliable information saying it should all be through the nose. Need a second opinion.
