	<title>Trader Joe&apos;s Spicy Black Bean Dip recipe?</title>
	<link>http://ask.metafilter.com/77636/Trader%2DJoes%2DSpicy%2DBlack%2DBean%2DDip%2Drecipe</link>
<description>I&apos;ve been introduced to Trader Joe&apos;s Spicy Black Bean Dip and I absolutely love it; problem is that I live in Canada and can&apos;t buy it!

So, I&apos;ve decided the best alternative is to make it. Does any one have a recipe for it? The ingredients (in order) are: Black Beans, Water, Tomato Paste, Onions, Distilled Vinegar (From Corn), Honey, Salt, Jalapenos, Spices, Garlic. The Nutritional information (if that somehow helps) is available at &lt;a href=&quot;http://sparkpeople.com/myspark/Calorie_Finder.asp?FoodID=470760&quot;&gt;Spark People&lt;/a&gt;</description>
