I'm looking for a book I read in year 6 (1995), and I loved, but can't remember much about it. I think it was "world of O", or "secret of O", or something along those lines, but searches on that don't come up with hits on Google or Amazon. I remember that on the cover, the O had a sinuous line through it (like the yin/yang symbol), and there was a bit where the guy was given special gloves and socks that allowed him to cling on to a sheer cliff face (might have been a deep hole instead, not sure).
Does anyone recognise this book? Help appreciated :)

I'm going crazy trying to find the title of a Wilco song I heard yesterday. It's a song that references women from different parts of the country wanting to "get with" the protagonist. My efforts to search their lyrics by album has come up fruitless.

I am looking for a name of a movie that came out I think in the 60s or late 50s. I think it took place in the jungles of South America. A group of people are trying to track across the jungle and they are being attacked by headhunters. I know at the end there is a big fight by a river and in one scene a guy is wounded in a cart and holds up a gunpowder barrel that causes an explosion and they defeat the headhunters. Anyone with info please let me know.

I have several mp3s where the Title tag contains no spaces. For example, if the song is "Tangled Up In Blue", the title tag in the mp3 is "tangledupinblue". Is there any tagging software that will sort through these files and insert spaces between the words?

Do you add a suffix after your name in your email signature? For example, if you are a certified project manager, do you add PMP after your name? Or if you have your MBA, do you add 'MBA' after your name?
If so, why? I ask because I believe in 99% of the cases where I've seen a suffix, it is unnecessary and not used within the right context or it just simply isn't worthy of being added after a name.
I would be interested in some responses arguing both sides of the issue.

ID That Story: novel (novella? short story?) in which a man is standing in line. Pretty much the entire story is his experience while waiting in line. It's a future/dystopia story. The man is waiting in line to make a complaint. He falls in love with the girl in front of him, though she's not allowed to turn and look at him. It's a parable about overpopulation. It was probably written in the 60s or 70s. That's all I remember.

How to recover a lost title for a scooter I would like to purchase from someone who got it in another state? I'm in Missouri, the title was in Illinois. Simplicity is a priority.
I normally wouldn't hassle, but it is mint and the price is better than right.

I've got a vehicle whose title is in the process of being transferred to me. I've got to do the reregistration by mail from Oregon to California. I've had an offer on the vehicle. The potential purchasers say a bill of sale and them putting the vehicle on their insurance is sufficient to let them drive legally. They also mentioned a temporary registration, which I've never heard of. Is this a bad idea, or a practical one to get the car sold now. [more inside]

My contract said "Adjunct Professor." My faculty ID card said "Adjunct Instructor." My paycheck said "Lecture/Adjunct." I never cared since this was just a two-year, part-time gig and I had no further interest in academia... but I do need to call it something in my bio. I don't have a terminal degree, suggesting and the contract was wrong and the ID card was right. I emailed the department; they said they'd check but didn't email back (I'll ask again). This was at a large private university in the U.S. I have to finalize a bio tonight -- should I just say Adjunct Instructor?

help-my-girlfriend-figure-out-the-song-filter: OK, I know for a fact the song is called "Stay," but I have no idea where to find it. I think it had two rappers on the verse, and I know it had a female on chorus. It was released between 2000-2003. Here's the tricky part: The song title is a variation of "6-0" I only heard it on the radio, so when the DJ would say "6-0" I don't know if that means "6-Zero," "six-0," or any other combination.
This is driving her nuts, all she wants is to download that song or find out wheat CD it is on.. she has tried every variation of the song title in Limewire to no avail.
