How can I add line breaks to a text file? I'd like to insert line breaks into a text file so that each line of the text is no more than 33 characters, and I want to avoid line breaks inserted in the middle of words. I've seen online tools that add line breaks every X characters exactly, but this results in words cut in half. Is there an easy way to do what I'm hoping for? If I could just set the line length on Gmail, say, to 33 characters and email myself the text, that would be what I'm looking for. Thanks!

I use Anki as a flashcard program to learn languages. I have an XML file of an open source English-Swedish dictionary. I'd like to turn this file into a text file that Anki can import. I know nothing about XML files (I don't even quite know what to open it with. OSX tries to use Adobe Illustrator, but surely that can't be right?). Is there any way to do this more or less easily? I am in a new environment where the computers are locked down and are well-configured to use WordPerfect X3 rather than MS Word. The one feature I badly miss, and haven't been able to locate anywhere, is the equivalent of of the MS Word "wrap to window" option, which will flow text to the width of your word processing window rather than always displaying it at the width of the printed page. This feature makes multiple-window desktop arrangements feasible. Despite web searching and kicking the tires in WordPerfect X3, I haven't been able to locate this feature. Is it hidden somewhere? Or does it not exist?

Are these Spanish text messages I'm getting just a spammer or is it safe to respond that they've got the wrong number?
Do these Spanish text messages I'm getting (which I have crudely translated for you) sound like a spammer fishing for valid numbers, or does it sound like a lovesick teen who has just gotten the wrong number? I want to tell them they've got the wrong number so they'll stop, but don't want to respond if it's a spammer. Language barrier and inexperience with text spam leave me unsure. [more inside]
