Is there an equivalent plugin for Chrome that duplicates
It's All Text for Firefox? I use a browser a lot to enter complicated text into things like wikis and I need a full featured text editor for Chrome. I currently use It's All Text which lets me use vim to do everything that vim can do to the text in a text box but there doesn't seem to be an equivalent for Chrome.

How can I add line breaks to a text file? I'd like to insert line breaks into a text file so that each line of the text is no more than 33 characters, and I want to avoid line breaks inserted in the middle of words. I've seen online tools that add line breaks every X characters exactly, but this results in words cut in half. Is there an easy way to do what I'm hoping for? If I could just set the line length on Gmail, say, to 33 characters and email myself the text, that would be what I'm looking for. Thanks!

I use
Anki as a flashcard program to learn languages. I have an
XML file of an open source English-Swedish dictionary. I'd like to turn this file into a text file that Anki can
import.
I know nothing about XML files (I don't even quite know what to open it with. OSX tries to use Adobe Illustrator, but surely that can't be right?). Is there any way to do this more or less easily?

What are some examples of media (movies, TV shows, commercials, or anything really) where text or data appears to have a real physical presence or materiality? Is there a name for the technique where you have words or graphics on screen that people or things can move around or destroy? When did this start becoming common? Are there similar examples from further back in the history of media?

Trying to find a text generator I saw a while back. It was called a Cthulhu text generator, but it really had nothing to do with him. It would accept key words/phrases, then arrange them in an overlapping criss-cross pattern using only CSS.

I have been the sole writer/editor for a small, free, newspaper for a couple of years. I have kept all original .doc files and published and unpublished photos. What I am looking for is software that will organize both pictures and text. It is easy to find organizing software for images, but not for photos and text. Does software like this even exist? Any help is appreciated.

I am in a new environment where the computers are locked down and are well-configured to use WordPerfect X3 rather than MS Word.
The one feature I badly miss, and haven't been able to locate anywhere, is the equivalent of of the MS Word "wrap to window" option, which will flow text to the width of your word processing window rather than always displaying it at the width of the printed page. This feature makes multiple-window desktop arrangements feasible.
Despite web searching and kicking the tires in WordPerfect X3, I haven't been able to locate this feature. Is it hidden somewhere? Or does it not exist?
