I'm trying to create a Flash application that will accept user-inputted text, then turn it into cheesy computer-generated speech. I'm hoping there's a Flash library or pre-built application that does this, but I haven't been able to find such a thing. I would prefer the final app be in Flash, but I am open to other solutions. Cost not an issue.

Can anyone recommend a good programmer's editor for MVC? Specifically, I'm looking for something that will let me choose a class, and automatically open up the three corresponding model, view, and controller source files, so I don't have to go looking for them. [more inside]
